SHELLY PENN IS NO LONGER DIRECTOR OF KIDZ KONNECT, WE ARE ALSO IN THE MIDDLE OF V.B.S. 2011 "DEEP SEA DIVING ADVENTURE" (EACH WED. NIGHT AND EXTENDED THROUGHOUT THE REST OF THE SUMMER), AND THERE WILL BE EVEN MORE CHANGES COMING SOON!! PLEASE BE SURE TO ATTEND V.B.S. AND COME BACK IN THE FALL FOR EVEN MORE FUN ACTIVITIES!! SEE YOU AT CHURCH!!!!!!!!

APRIL-MAY 2011

We have gone through many changed Kidz Konnect evenings recently and a few more coming, too! We've cancelled due to "Spring Revival", concerts, enjoyed a week of "Spring Break", etc.

NOW, this week we will celebrate Easter in a BIG way! Kidz Konnect will have an Easter Party tomorrow night, coming up this Saturday at 1:30PM, we will have our ANNUAL EASTER EGG HUNT followed by a special Easter Sunday morning AND evening of worship! Please bring your friends and families to ALL OF these events.... none of you will be sorry! On Wednesday night, MAY 4th, we look forward to night of Springtime Craft Making, craft night... something we haven't done for several months!

For the most part, the rest of April and May will be back to normal! Kidz Konnect on Wednesdays at 7PM, Sunday School every Sunday morning at 9:30AM, Jr/Wee Worship on Sunday mornings at 10:30AM, Family Worship every Sunday evening at 6PM, etc.

PARENTS AND FAMILY MEMBERS: PLEASE READ THE WORSHIP FOLDERS EACH WEEK OR ASK AN ADULT FOR ANY LAST SECOND CHANGES IN SCHEDULE THAT MIGHT POP UP! See you at church...............

March 2011

We are still in full swing with "You've Got Questions ~ He's Got Answers"...... However, there are no awards going out, as of yet, at the end of the series for bringing new guests! COME ON AND GET OUT OF THAT CRAZY TREE, KIDS, AND INVITE YOUR FRIENDS! THERE COULD BE A GREAT PRIZE WAITING FOR YOU (AND ALL YOU HAVE TO DO IS BE THE ONE WHO BRINGS THE MOST 'NEW' FRIENDS TO KIDZ KONNECT WITH YOU EACH WEEK)!!!
Our Sunday and Wednesday schedule is much the same as it was for February with only a few changes being made!!! Those changes are as follows:

*Wednesday, March 16th, we will cut our program in half for our annual "GREEN PARTY" and you won't want to miss out on the yummy food and fun!
*Wednesday, March 30th, Kidz Konnect will be dismissed for our ALL-Church SPRING 2011 REVIVAL!


A couple of events coming up in April to begin planning for are as follows:

*Wednesday, April 6th, ALL services have been cancelled and postponed to THURSDAY, APRIL 7th, for a LIVE Concert with THE McKAMMEY'S!

*Wednesday, April 20th, we will dismiss our program and celebrate Easter in style!

*Saturday, April 23rd, we will host our annual EASTER EGG HUNT... with Peter Cottontail and many other exciting things are on our agenda, as well!

Special Movie Night

We will be watching an exciting movie, in two parts, to finish off the month of January Wednesday nights. Our new series, "YOU'VE GOT QUESTIONS ~ HE'S GOT ANSWERS" will begin in February! Our annual Valentine Party will also take place in February... watch for details!

You will love this particular movie... "MANDIE AND THE SECRET TUNNEL", we guarantee it! Come along, as we escape with Amanda Shaw to a world of suspense and adventure. Beginning in February, we will post a monthly calendar (before the beginning of each month) to let you know the latest and most updated news and events! When "additional" information is needed, we will post it, as well!
